Double marker cut off 1: 100 - high risk ---> needs invasive testing 1: 100 to 1: 1000 -----> Intermediate risk--> NIPT > 1: 1000- Low risk----> Nothing further 👆👧👨👩 When given intermediate risk, we can send nasal bone to included in risk calculation, if nasal bone is clearly seen. 👆👆👆👆 Labs ask for FMG certified radiologist to scan, if they have to include nasal bone in risk calculation.
