If there is significant impairment in learning in such a way that the student cannot compete with students without SLD in entrance exams or competitive exams like TNPSC- 40%

This raises another query. 

If SLD present, BKT is not useful for IQ assessment. 

So both ( ID vs SLD) are mutually exclusive?

What IQ test is useful even if there is impaired of verbal ability ?
